Special house cleaning services are also available. Leave other time-consuming cleaning chores to us and spend time on other things. Members of our trusted and background checked home cleaning staff will tackle the toughest of cleaning jobs and leave your home spotless and pristine.

We offer a variety of services such as (but not limited to) apartment cleaning, maid services, detailed cleaning, house cleaning, housekeeping, move-in/move-out cleaning, holiday cleaning, and speciality cleaning.

**Recurring Service
Our goal with recurring cleaning services is to keep your home maintained following the initial cleaning. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services typically include the tasks below, plus rotations.
We ask you to have the specific products available for what you want us to use.
We will not bring supplies as each client prefers different products.
Note: Extra time will be required once or twice a year to wash baseboards, woodwork, doors, cupboards, blinds, etc. While we spot clean these areas routinely, they still require a thorough cleaning at least annually, and some homes, especially those with small children and/or pets, will need these tasks performed more frequently.
Rotation 1: High dust/cobweb areas (up to 8’ high, including ceiling fans, lights, fixtures, top of fridge, etc.)
Rotation 2: Dust blinds and window treatments.
Rotation 3: Low dust/baseboards (kitchens, baths, and stairways are cleaned every visit.
-Dusting of picture frames (dry cloth), ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves, baseboards, windowsills, blinds, staircase banisters, chair rails, cobwebs, knickknacks and any other visible dust
-Vacuum stairs, carpets or rugs (notify us if we are not to vacuum certain rugs)
-Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions
-Empty closet floors vacuumed
-Clean all mirrors
-Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets
-Disinfect door handles and clean fingerprints around door locks and light switches
-*ALL ROOMS
-Clean and shine outside of all appliances, inside and outside of microwave
-Clean window over sink (unobstructed by screen)
-Clean drip pans and grates or scrub glass stove top
-Clean and sanitize countertops (move and wipe under all items, unless excessive number of items)
-Clean and polish sink, drain, and faucet, wipe soap dispensers, clean soap

We provide thorough move-in and move-out services that will allow you to focus on what matters most—your new home.

We begin every recurring service with an initial house cleaning. During the initial cleaning, extra attention is given to those often-neglected areas. We wipe clean all surfaces in the home, including tables, countertops, appliances, chairs, dressers, window sills, sink basins and faucets. We spend extra time in the bathroom, cleaning the bathtub, shower, mirrors and toilet. Light fixtures, picture frames and baseboards – we dust them all. We then vacuum the furniture and finish the job by vacuuming and mopping the floors.
